Yogic Arts of Cultivating Sexual Energy
Tao Tantra led by Minka de Vos is an in-depth exploration into the ancient science of sexual energy cultivation for vibrant health, blissful connection and spiritual awakening. The esoteric Tantric teachings are made vividly understandable and self-empowered through Minka’s experiential approach.
The Taoist sexual secrets were revealed to the West about 30 years ago and we are fortunate to learn them so openly now.  Minke will draw from spiritual traditions including: Yoga, Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, Zen, Western Alchemy, Middle Eastern Sufi and Chinese Medicine, Handouts are provided, and the material is animated by visual presentations.

Couples and singles of either sex are welcome. The space is held safe and sacred with no explicit presentations or nudity.We go beyond physical sex, into the realm of subtle body sex. Deep focus is given to how to open up subtle body sexual communication with your partner, and within yourself if you are single. Learn practical tools to uplift and transform sexual energy into creativity, compassion and love. Special powerful meditations, Tao Yoga, and Qigong (Chi Kung)are taught to build and circulate sexual energy, to open and ground the heart and body.Chanting and dancing will open the throat and sexual chakra to free up our creative expression.
The first 3 days we will emphasize theory, training, and practices of single, individual cultivation. The following 2 days we will focus on mostly dual-cultivation and relationship issues. Further training will specialize in separate practices for men and women and develop inner alchemy.
