Minke de Vos teaches spiritual embodiment at Silent Ground Retreats. She has worked along-side Mantak Chia since 1983 as an international Senior Inner Alchemy Instructor. Minke is the author of Feminine Treasures and other audio/visual Tao Tools.

MInke will be assisted by David Gyurkovics, Universal Tao Instructor and Practitioner of Acutonics.

Theory will be backed up and integrated with practice. Individual attention and support will be offered. Meditation and Chi Kung practice will be deepened every day. Ways how to integrate them into their daily lives will be shared. These practices uphold a balanced, peaceful and loving lifestyle. Single cultivation will be the basis, which can then be applied to dual cultivation.

Day 3 - Open Community Class at 8 pm, " Sexual Vitality Chi Kung "
Day 4 - Preparation for Dual Cultivation & Integration
